Fares
Our fares are transparent and communicated prior to the ride. The price may vary depending on several factors, such as the time of day, distance, and any additional services. You can count on fairness and no hidden costs.

Payment
Payments can be made in cash or by debit card. We also offer the option to pay online when making a reservation. For cash payments, please pay with the exact amount to expedite the transaction.

Rides and Responsibility
Taxi 023 will make every effort to be on time for your pick-up. In case of traffic congestion or unforeseen circumstances, we may be slightly delayed. We do our utmost to get you to your destination on time. You are responsible for your personal belongings during the ride. Taxi 023 is not liable for loss or damage to your property.

Complaints and Disputes
For complaints or comments, please contact us through the indicated channels. We take your feedback seriously and strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Disputes that cannot be resolved mutually will be submitted to the Taxi Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie Taxi).
